Therapy Modalities

EMDR Therapy

Rachel is qualified as a Level 2 EMDR Therapist. 


EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy used to help people process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories.


EMDR Therapy is particularly individuals with trauma, attachment and development trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and behavioural and emotional regulation.

Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga is a therapeutic approach to yoga designed to help individuals who have experienced trauma reconnect with their bodies in a safe, supportive, and non-triggering way. Trauma-Informed Yoga prioritises choice, interoception (awareness of internal sensations), and empowerment to foster healing.


Rachel's trauma-informed yoga includes a combination of trauma-sensitive yoga techniques, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed stabilisation strategy development.


Trauma-informed yoga is available in a group or individual setting.
